Embroidery Guideline

AI / JPG / PNG / PDF files are suitable for embroidery.

Embroidery is a process where we take your artwork and scan it for digitization. This will convert your design into stitches, specifying the stitch count and separating the individual colours.

The higher the resolution of your file the better your embroidery result will be.

It is important that we confirm sizes and artwork of the embroidery before digitizing as any modifications will incur extra cost.

The colours of threads have the equivalent match to Pantone colours but they are not exactly the same. We will carefully select and proof you with an accurate representation of the colour stitch you will receive for approval.

DECORATION OPTIONS

We have many ways to display your brand and/or logo with a professional and attention-grabbing touch.

3D PUFF EMBROIDERY

This is the embroidery where a piece of the art or lettering puffs out above the rest. You will usually see this type of embroidery on baseball caps, sports hats and alike. The mascot or some of the lettering might be raised to add depth and height to a design.

WOVEN PATCH

The weave of a woven patch is a       created with a much thinner thread, just like a woven label. The thinner threads enable a tighter weave so there can be more detail in the artwork. The threads also provide cleaner lines and a flatter appearance, closer to a printed look.

DIRECT EMBROIDERY

applying the embroidered design directly onto the garment, cap, bag, or whatever else you decide to put it on. No matter if you include logos, text, or imagery, the design is embedded onto the shirt, essentially becoming a part of the shirt.

Leather patches are made from tanned leather and embossed. Each patch includes a seam edge line to make it easy to attach to your caps. Due to the variation in natural leather skins, the color of the patches may vary slightly.
